Healing Through Breath
This guided experience uses conscious, connected breathing techniques to access deeper layers of your body and mind. By activating your breath intentionally, you’ll stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, release emotional blocks, and create space for clarity and healing.
Recommended for emotional reset, trauma release, or reconnecting with your inner self.

Breath technique introduction and somatic prep
Guided active breath session (60 min)
Integration period with calming music
Gentle movement or body scanning
Optional journaling prompt or sharing circle
