    Yes! For retreats, we offer flexible payment options:

    A deposit to secure your spot.

    A 3-installment plan.

    Or full payment at once.

  • What’s your cancellation policy for retreats?

    We understand life happens. That’s why we’ve created a fair cancellation policy based on how close your cancellation is to the retreat start date. You can find the full breakdown in our Terms & Conditions section.

  • Are sessions or packages refundable?

    No. All private sessions and packages are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Conditions may vary.

  • Can I request an in-person session?

    Yes, if you’d prefer to meet in person or at a specific location, let us know. We’ll handle the logistics and communicate directly with you to confirm the arrangements and if any extra payment needs to be made.

  • Are your facilitators licensed medical professionals?

    No. Our team includes experienced facilitators, coaches, and wellness experts, but we do not offer medical services or advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new treatment or program.

  • What’s included in the retreat price?

    Each retreat includes accommodation, programming (yoga, workshops, rituals, etc.), and most meals. Specific details vary and are clearly outlined on each retreat page.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my spot?

    Refunds are based on a tiered system depending on how close you cancel to the retreat date. However, all deposits are non-refundable, and refunds, if applicable, will be subject to a % handling fee.
